Rotary Global Scholars
As part of Rotary District 7930, the Rotary Club of Cambridge is now accepting applications for a competitive academic grant. Applicants will compete for a $30k scholarship grant to study during the 2017-18 academic year. The one District award winner will study and live abroad while gaining a graduate-level degree from a foreign learning instuition. Applicants must be studying in one of the following Six Areas of Focus:
1) water and sanitation
2) peace and conflict prevention/resolution
3) disease prevention and treatment
4) maternal and child health
5) basic education and literacy
6) economic and community development
Application and Timing
The award process for 2016-17 is in progress. Applications to the Cambridge club are due January 6, 2017.
