Leadership Seminar with Cambridge Community Leaders for Cambridge National Honor Society Members Rotary Club of Cambridge awards $6,000 in scholarships and grants
Ten outstanding Cambridge business and non-profit leaders facilitated a discussion on leadership characteristics with 60 seniors from the Cambridge Rindge & Latin School National Honor Society at a breakfast at the Harvard Faculty Club on May 13, 2010. Harvard University provided both the location and the breakfast. The ten leaders gave generously of their time and experience to honor the achievement of these students.
The Rotary Club awarded four $1,000 scholarships to outstanding Honor Society seniors. And in recognition of the importance of community service, the Cambridge Rotary also granted four $500 awards to the Cambridge non-profit organizations selected by each scholarship winner.
